About Andrea Fallows

As Strategic Coach's Head of UK Operations, I do a little bit of everything, from organising events to speaking with the entrepreneurs who participate in The Strategic Coach Program. A lot of these clients have said they can see the passion I have for this work, that I really care, and it's true: I treat this company like it's my own business, and I want our clients to be happy and successful, too. If I'm talking to an entrepreneur about their goals for the quarter, I'll give them a little push—they set a goal of and I'll say,"Make it 60!" It's really rewarding when someone comes into their workshop feeling confused and frustrated, and they leave feeling clear and confident. I feel so lucky that I get to work with Strategic Coach, and it's changed me so much as a person. It's made me look a life differently and be more laid-back, even though we're all working on big goals here.
