I have been working as Dealer/Inspector in Edinburgh, Nottingham and also at Casino Malta by Olympic Casino. Currently I am working as European Customer Account Team Leader at bet365. During these years I matured my working skills and the contact with customers providing an excellent customer service. Thanks to my work experience I have acquired abilities to work underpressure, to be organized, to select and prioritise works that need more attention and also to give the right importance to details. I am staid and calm person, I like to take advantage of these features to help other people by making them feel comfortable. Specially, I can focus on work in contact with colleagues, creating a good relationship and working in a professional manner. These characteristics have proved essential in the previous job experience of assisting new starters and also in the current one. I consider myself serious, punctual, always in a good mood and above all I am always motivated to put in practice my knowledge learnt during these years.
