Hello and thank you for stopping to visit my profile. I am a passionate coach, manager and mentor who builds high performing teams to achieve quality project deliverables and operational excellence. I am interested in positions where I can elevate teams, drive strategic projects and deliver business results. While I have a robust and proven experience in retail, I am very interested in applying my talents to most industries. Some examples of who I am: Coach/Mentor: I have coached, mentored and managed teams of 4 to 17. I believe there is no one size fits all managing style for all team members. Each person is unique and as a manager/leader I am able to develop team members based on their needs and career aspirations. I received coach/mentor award in previous roles. Project Management: I am able to drive project management results through the work of others, develop strong partnerships with stakeholders from across the organization and strategically plan and execute throughout the lifecycle of the project.
