About Andrea Herpsomer

I am an experienced HRBP with +9 years working with global and regional diverse teams especially in tech companies, for the last couple of years I have worked in the IT, Ad tech, and RPA industries. I can proudly say that I have succeeded in setting up and leading HR departments for multinational companies with +600 employees in Argentina and Uruguay. I also had the opportunity to learn in fast-paced environments as well as to create, along these years, policies and procedures, to implement new benefits, analyze and execute compensations matters, be in charge of controlling the whole payroll process, and to be the main point of contact with mid and upper management to guide them in HR matters in their business units with their teams. I also have experience in recruiting and headhunting and HRIS implementation. I'm familiar with working with OKRs & KPIs, training people, and working continuously to improve and develop teams and individuals working closely with each leader of every company I was part of.
