I’m Andrea, Marketing & Communications Consultant at Departer, where I lead marketing with a mix of strategic focus, curiosity, clarity and a creative mindset. My role covers the full range of marketing and communications, from defining our brand voice and visuals to launching Departer’s new website and drafting and designing key materials like the HR & Salary Report and other whitepapers. I design content that supports our business development goals, including articles, presentations, one-pagers, landing pages, social media campaigns and event materials. At Departer I work closely with our sales and Executive Search teams to make sure our messaging is aligned with client needs and business goals. My goal is to make our voice not only heard, but remembered, especially by HR leaders and decision-makers from the German Mittelstand.
