Sports, fitness, nutrition and health in general have always been important to me and played a huge role both growing up as well as in adult live. So after more than 20 years in Marketing I decided to turn my hobby into my future career and am currently doing a vocational retraining as sports- and fitness administrator. During 12 years with Red Bull in 3 different markets (Red Bull International, Red Bull North America and Red Bull Germany) I gained extensive, in-depth Red Bull brand and marketing mix knowledge. Over time I developed excellent international & national cross-functional relationships with Red Bull employees as well as various partners. Over 4 years in the US I managed 20+ national and regional projects, with focus on design and packaging development, some spanning 15 months, across multiple departments within Brand Marketing. On the agency side I directed a team of employees and provided leadership to meet quality, on-budget and on-time delivery of all required assets of multiple projects. I assigned tasks, monitored productivity and provided mentorship as needed. I was included in the hiring process, monitored employee progress, lead regular employee interviews and evaluations. I was also responsible for the holistic leadership and realization of campaigns across different marketing channels such as POS, OOH, Digital, TV and radio. On a day-to-day basis I served as the link between the client, the entire agency team and external partners and ensured projects are kept within the time frame and budget. Sports, fitness, nutrition and health in general have always been important to me and played a huge role both growing up as well as in adult live. I’ve always exercised (Playing Handball, Swimming, Triathlon etc.) and besides the physical aspect sports always allowed me to decompress and offered an outlet after a busy day at work.
