About Andrea Longo Carter

I’m someone you want in your foxhole. Whether it’s a business problem, community initiative or personal challenge, I can help you strategize, plan and execute to achieve your goals. I bring together a generalist’s skill set, a passion for financial analysis, and a bias toward action to my professional pursuits and community engagements. Serving as both an elected and volunteer leader in civic and community organizations for over fifteen years, I have a track record for implementing successful programs, improving organizational performance and enhancing stakeholder satisfaction. I thrive under pressure in challenging situations, and excel at collaboration, problem-solving and creating and delivering differentiated communications. I am captivated by financial statements and uncovering what they tell you about an organization. Working with startups, small businesses and solopreneurs, I have developed a unique skill set at transforming rudimentary spreadsheets and electronic shoe boxes into accurate and reliable financial statements. Using this data, I can quickly assess key drivers of revenue and profitability and determine whether your current strategy will enable your organization to succeed. I am committed to helping business owners understand their financial results and analyze the operational changes needed to improve financial performance. Looking for opportunities to leverage these skills on a wider stage to solve complex problems and help mission-driven organizations succeed.
