About Andrea Mannelli

I am 43 years old, mother and executive dedicated to the success of the collective. Graduated in Business Administration from Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia and post-graduated in Marketing from FAAP. I had the opportunity to work at Daslu, the most important luxury retailer in the country, alongside Eliana Tranchesi, and develop large projects aimed at this target audience and expand the brand and its distribution channels for 8 years. Soon after, I was invited to participate in a challenge that has always been in line with my purposes and I have been on this project for 10 years; assume the position of Executive Director of Distribution and Partnerships at Cidade Matarazzo alongside Alex Allard, who created the project, defining concepts, mix and choosing brands and partners for the project. In parallel with my executive routine, I am a member of the Donne D'Affari Committee at ITALCAM (Italian-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture), and at the Desvelando Oris Institute, which works on racial inclusion and gender of vulnerable youth and women. With an entire experience dedicated to the Women's Luxury Market, I had the honor of being invited to take over the Communications Directorate of the "Instituto Justiça de Saia", where I can effectively contribute to the elaboration and production of pedagogical and social projects in the fight against violence on women. I am also a supporter of the Rede Nami project, which works on qualification and inclusion through culture and Mulheres da Luz, which is organization who supports women in situation of prostitution. During 2 and a half years, I have contributed to the elaboration, helping in the production, starring and actively participating in the documentary "João de Deus - Cura e Crime" distributed by Netflix in 125 countries. This project had the function of being educational, social and an alert for girls and women, as well as sensitizing society to bring light to the issue of violence against women in Brazil, using my personal case in question to exemplify and give a voice to so many victims and show what actually happened in that center. My latest project is a book I have being writing about inspiration and overcome difficult situations in any aspect of life. Through my background and experience I guide the reader how I realize it was possible and transform in something useful for my recovery and life learning. Will be launched November 23.
