Today:Process Manufacturing Engineer, Project Manager: My role consist of developing, beside of the project engineer, the Assembly and Control Cycles, the Process F.M.E.A and the Industrialization Study for the construction of the assembly machines or benches (Lean Manufacturing). I do also the Control Plan and the Operators Instruction for the manufacturing dept. Since 2012 I hold the role of for Italian and German customers.I am part of a team of about 6 persons. My responsibility is to manage the development of a product according the schedule and the costs analysis. I have constant interactions with the customer Project manager.Past: I have been occupied in this activity during my free time: Consultant for Structures and Composite at Boggi Srl, following the design and deveolpment of kits for helicopters and aircrafts under Easa rules. In this role I made feasibility studies, 3D and 2D drawings, laminations and prototype development of STC kit for helicopters and aircraftProduction Manager, R&D Support:Swiss Blades Technologies Ltd for the development and production of composite helicopter blades (main and tail rotor blades)I was hired as Production Manager and Engineering for composite blades. In a short time and with simple tools we manufactured main and tail rotor blades, we set-up an impregnating machine for Rowing productions and studied testing and control machines. As R&D we also set-up a development program of the company for getting a DOA and POA Part21 certification by EASA in order to produce STC parts.Design and Process Engineer of Composite in R&D in AlisportR & D, Design and Process Engineer of Composite (blades and blades production tools, winglets, stabilator and elevator, engine covers) and metal parts (wing struts); for these projects. Structural calculations, tests and set-up of the manufacturing process.Pre-preg, Out of Autoclave and Compression Molding processes.Certification of the Silent2 glider under the Deutch Aero Club.
