With a Bachelor of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of West Florida, I am passionate about creating compassionate and caring medical facilities. I have an entrepreneurial attitude and proven abilities in strategic business planning, recruitment, marketing, and operational management. I seek opportunities to apply my experience and education to administrative and clerical duties in the healthcare sector.As the Director of Admissions at Life Care Center of Pensacola, I oversee the admission process and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care. I also communicate effectively with diverse patient populations, families, and referral sources, and provide guidance and support throughout the admission process. Previously, I gained valuable insights and skills as a medical assistant at Pediatrix Medical Group and a student intern at Gulf Breeze Hospital, Inc. I have contributed to the 40th Anniversary project of the hospital, assisted in the administrative and clinical tasks of the medical group, and demonstrated proficiency in EHR systems, sterilization procedures, and documentation practices.
