I have over six years of experience in customer service management, having worked as an Assistant Bakery Team Leader at Whole Foods Market, where I supervised the daily operations, inventory, and staff of the bakery department. I have strong skills in communication, employee training, and customer service management, which enable me to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders, provide quality service, and resolve issues. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment, where employees feel valued, respected, and motivated. I enjoy learning new skills and staying updated on the latest trends and developments in the HR field.
