The kind of mindset that, even in the desert, keeps you hydrated. –. –, I’m a 1st generation college graduate who overcame homelessness to attend college. Getting my degree inspires me to continue to progress and never be complacent. I continuously challenge myself to do more, learn more, and be more focused. My peers have often said that I’m the personification of professionalism. I believe that displaying high levels of professionalism helps create confidence and trust to complete daily work objectives and critical projects. Hark Work Integrity Perseverance Accountability Avid Learning : This is my leadership coach who taught me some incredible lessons on exercising leadership according to my skills. She taught me to do the work, get out of my own way, ask for what I want and need, and push myself to do the best I can do. I want my peers to know that I work diligently to understand business functions, finetune my professionalism, and results that exceed expectations.
