In my capacity as Manager of People Strategy & Operations at Block (formerly Square), I orchestrate the definition, delivery, and internal change management of our next-stage people strategy for the company’s Business Design, Hardware, and Sales (BDHS) group. Together with our Head of Global People Operations, I am driving an assessment and creation of our strategic priorities, helping align our internal impact to performance, improved workforce agility, culture, and rhythm of the business. Throughout my career, I am proud to have worked closely with C-level leadership in preparing for the future, helping facilitate a shift toward new people models, evolving workforce capabilities, and supporting portfolios of strategic initiatives with enterprise impact. I possess a deep passion for building engaged, employee-centric workplaces, outstanding project management skills, an understanding of change management principles and methodologies, and a Master’s in Human Resource Management.
