With over 16 years of experience in Product Design and User Experience Design for both web and mobile platforms, I currently serve as a Product Design Manager at Scotiabank. My role involves driving the strategy and governing the design of our mobile retail banking app. Core skillset includes creating high-fidelity designs and wireframes, conducting and implementing digital strategy and research, user testing and validation, and managing all aspects of UX. My Anthropology degree, combined with a Master's in Library and Information Sciences, enables me to focus on user-centric projects while always keeping business goals in mind. In addition to my professional experience, I have served as a course instructor for the Canadian Marketing Association and have offered mentorship at hackathons.
