Hi, I’m Andrea Robichaud and I love being creative, it feeds my soul. I love getting that first inspiration, turning into a full fledged idea, bouncing it off others and molding it and shaping it into a successful project. There’s nothing better… except maybe empowering others to do the same, and as a Creative Director I have had the opportunity to do just that. I take so much pride in mentoring and leading a team and I don’t just think of leadership as related to a current job. I think once you’re in a management position and leading people, you should provide them with guidance and support that helps them for their whole career, not just the job they currently hold. I’ve been described as passionately creative, a strong problem solver, an effective leader, detail oriented and even sometimes a miracle worker, in the case of short deadlines. I have strong graphic design and production art skills and I am well versed in Adobe Creative Suite, QuarkXPress and Microsoft Office. I learn well through several mediums, understand the bigger picture and retain information well. With demonstrated skills in advertising, retail, trade show planning, sign design, team building and management, I am self-motivated to achieve highly ambitious results. I like to think of unique and creative ways to approach situations and solve problems. I’m passionate about the work I do and I am skilled, enthusiastic and down to earth. I offer outstanding organizational and project management skills, strong leadership skills, and excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability for creative direction and production.
