About Andrea Simula

After my bachelor’s degree in Work & Organizational Psychology, I took a Master in HR Management at Luiss Business School. Since then, after dealing with the pandemic, I started working in various companies, where I had the chance to see and learn the basics of how an organization looks like from the inside. At first, during my internship, I saw several aspects of how an HR department works like, then I moved to something more challenging inside an Amazon center, working alongside the shifters. Now I keep learning, in my job as a Digital & HR advisor, the mechanisms inside different realities of public administrations, developing strategies and deploying HR and digital solutions for the clients' needs.I’m thrilled about how the new ways of working will reshape the HR and Organization's environment in the future, also, I’m focused to keep getting updated on the new scenarios and perspective involving the new cultural standards and people policies in organizations in the years to come.
