About Andrea Smith

As a Director of Project Management, I'm responsible for managing construction projects in the local market and national accounts, from inception to completion, inclusive of design, construction and physical customer relocation. I handle corporate clients, with responsibilities including facility management services, construction management, user programming requirements, tenant fit and finish, move coordination, installation, and decommission services. My duties include meeting with corporate representatives, architects and consultants to establish project requirements and specifications; developing project guidelines in addition to following pre-defined standards, budgets, meeting minutes, and project schedules; preparation of project documentation and direction of project meetings; and supervision of customer relocation and enforcement of contractual requirements. Additional duties include soliciting, preparation and review of bid documents and contract negotiation.
