About Andrea Stem

I am the Human Resources Director at TowMate, LLC. This is my father's business, and joining this team is going to be an incredible journey that will continue to the next generation and beyond. Previously, I was a Channel Account Manager at Bradshaw Home, for the Walmart account, for both home and cleaning categories.I had been with Bradshaw since 2004. I had no previous experience in the vendor world, but joined as an Analyst. I was trained by a seasoned Analyst and Category Advisor. Before Bradshaw, I was an Account Manager and Guest Services Agent at the top hotel in the area. The VP of Sales approached me, as he was a regular guest, since he lived out of state. He saw something in me, and wanted to bring me on board as one of his team members. I was called for an interview with Bradshaw, and accepted their offer for the opportunity to learn. Over the years, I progressed into different roles, such as Executive Assistant and Neighborhood Market Sales Manager. In 2023, I was promoted to Channel Manager for the Walmart Account.I have grown as an individual, both personally and professionally at Bradshaw Home.I was responsible for advising Sales on Financials, providing Analytical Category Data, PowerPoint Presentations, Marketing Insights, Sales Reporting, RFID processes, Item 360 management, and all item maintenance.
