About Andrean Frederick

A Communication Strategist and final-year International Relations Undergraduate student committed to embedding sustainability into the core of youth empowerment. Currently serving as the Vice Manager of Communication at the United Nations Association Indonesia (UNA Indonesia) and in Marketing Communications for the ASEAN Youth Organization (AYO) Indonesia. I am also a Selected Fellow in the #WeGotThis Youth Sustainability Incubator, a joint initiative by WWF Singapore and the Temasek Foundation. This initiative aims to empower the next generation of sustainability advocates across Southeast Asia through expert mentorship and collaborative community building, developing digital advocacy campaigns that drive meaningful action for climate sustainability. With 2+ years of experience specializing in Meaningful Youth Engagement and digital campaigns, I actively design campaign strategies that mobilize youth participation in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Act as a bridge connecting global frameworks with tangible youth action, ensuring that Indonesian youth transition from passive beneficiaries to active partners. Fostering safe spaces where young voices can shape global issues in a local context, driven by collaborations with the United Nations in Indonesia, youth-led organizations, NGOs, and private sector partners. I have contributed to 10+ meaningful national and international projects centered on youth participation, including the UN in Indonesia and UNA Indonesia's "International Youth Day," the ASEAN-Japan Youth Summit, and the 2025 ECOSOC Youth Forum Side Event, aimed at building resilient communities and empowering youth to lead.
