I have solid experience in international retail and FMCG, wholesale businesses, and both B2B/B2C, specializing in supply chain management and logistics through demand management, supply management, inventory management, and sales & operations planning (S & OP). With approximately 10 years of leadership experience in Sweden, Denmark, and various cultures and organizations, I have a strong focus on development and results, combined with an emphasis on relationships. I create a work environment that fosters development both for individuals and the team. I contribute to high employee satisfaction and ensure that everyone feels involved in the processes. My leadership skills, combined with my expertise in supply chain management, allow me to ensure that the supply chain function supports the company’s overall strategy. I thrive on solving complex challenges in a company's supply chain with full energy, as I am motivated by challenges and working on strategies and projects that need execution. I bring extensive experience in change management across multiple organizations and cultures, guiding an organization through change while ensuring stable operations. I hold a Graduate Diploma (HD) in Business Administration and Supply Chain Management (HDSCM) from Copenhagen Business School (CBS), as well as a Master of Management Development (MMD) focusing on leadership and organizational development.
