I am a passionate and compassionate person dedicated to making the world a better place. It started with getting to know myself. I realized that giving to others is the greatest gift to myself too. My life-work mission is to help people live a life they truly love and help organizations create environments where people thrive, grow and perform in their jobs.Colleagues and friends describe me as someone who wholeheartedly leads the way by example.SHORT BIOFrom a young age, it was sports that I fell in love with, especially handball which turned into a profession. I quickly learned how to set goals and achieve them - and that your mindset is the key to your success. It takes belief and grit to excel in something. I also learned that you could only "win"(in life) as a team. I have an insatiable curiosity about the world. While studying for my Master's degree in political science at the University of Copenhagen (and in the United States), my curiosity made me explore and learn about human nature and "how the world works". Since then, I have been studying truly successful persons' mindsets and habits and successful organizations' cultures and applied the insights and lessons to my development journey. I use this knowledge and experience to help people and organizations learn more about themselves, which is the path to better organizations, and more exciting and meaningful work lives for people.WHAT I BELIEVE INI believe the world to be as we are - and that our lives matter. How we live our life affects ourselves and our environment positively or negatively. I also believe that ideas have the power to change the world. I am a firm believer in the power of the example.
