I’m a Product Manager passionate about managing products that drive real change. Collaboration is at the heart of my approach. I believe the best solutions come from combining perspectives, so I work closely with experts across domains like UX, Tech, Sales, and Operations. I enjoy building strong relationships and leading teams or forums needed to solve complex challenges. I’m hands-on when required and strive to lead by example, earning trust through transparency and shared goals. I believe data is key to success, and I'm used to working in systems such as SQL, PowerBI, Excel, and more. One of my key achievements is leading the implementation of a triage solution into the pathway in the UK. This resulted in a 65% increase in cases closed without further treatment and 67% closed without signposting. I’ve worked across multiple markets—Sweden, Finland, Norway, and the UK—gathering feedback and continuously improving the product to meet user and market needs. What excites me most is working with teams to create valuable products. As a Product Manager, I take ownership of shaping strategies and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
