I have over 15 years of IT experience and have specialized my knowledge in the areas of Service Management, SaaS, Business Process Optimization, and Consulting Services. During my time as a consultant, I have become familiar with both large and small service organizations and guided them through the implementation of complex IT systems.My tasks include leading, organizing, and further developing the international consulting team, as well as developing new solutions and services.
