About Andreas Boon

I am an experienced Architect with a focus on business-oriented architecture topics (e.g. linking customer journeys to architecture, improving governance mechanisms, business capability development, etc.) and facilitating transformation activities through architecture (architecture design, roadmapping, and program design authorities for example). My perspective as an Architect is holistic. Architecture isn't just about the technology; it's about whatever is required to strengthen the capability, which could also be the organization, the processes, the data or a combination of all four elements. In the end this means the transformation backlog should be filled with anything and everything it takes to create effective results! I enjoy solving complex puzzles and I am a quick study. While detail-oriented, I am able to connect the dots between many different topics and communicate clearly with all types of stakeholders.
