I am a results-driven finance leader with 15+ years of experience in financial planning and controlling, auditing, accounting, strategic planning, and business operations. In my current role as Director Finance @ UnternehmerTUM, I lead the accounting and controlling teams to keep the organization's financial operations running smoothly and to make decisive contributions to our sustainable start-ups and key technologies by giving the necessary impulses from a finance perspective. From presenting reports to executives and board members to mapping out strategic plans to enhance our start-up ecosystem, I am always crunching numbers to keep us on track. Aside from my financial prowess, I am also passionate about empowering finance teams to perform to their best abilities, creating value that goes beyond the balance sheet and benefits society at large. As a leader, I am also creative, innovative, and solution-oriented. Plus, I can keep a cool head in stressful situations—a skill I acquired during my time as a paramedic. In my free time, I also happen to be a stand-up comedian who performed in New York City clubs like Gotham Comedy Club, Broadway Comedy Club, and Greenwich Village Comedy Club.
