About Andreas Bruus

Andreas has nearly 20 years of substantial managing experience in international corporations with varying product volumes in the metal industry, within development and production, along with heavy responsibilities in consulting and project management. In 2011 Andreas took the role as CEO and Partner in the advisory firm “Process Development Partnering a/s” (PDP). PDP carries out comprehensive development projects for companies who need to ensure future production processes’ reach their quotas and goals on time while providing high quality products without compromising production speed, satisfying customers from day 1. PDP builds high stability performance lines and offers to maximize investments through impartial technical development projects, training concepts and process optimization in professional enterprises, which focus on the company's overall economy and delivery capability in terms of construction, commissioning, maintenance and development of machines, lines and factories. PDP joins in the start-up phase of the company's project and carries, in agreement with the Organization and supplier base, either in whole or in part, the development process and creates the essential pre conditions and implementation of efficient production lines.
