I am a solution-focused, Theory-U and Leadership Maturity Framework trained ICF Professional Certified Coach. I got many years’ experience in coaching, team development and work on organisational culture. MBTI, Interstrengths, mBIT, SCC, LSI and TLC are just some of the tools I am certified to use. Through my experience and honed intuition, I have acquired a range of conventional and experiential approaches to generating self-propelled leadership growth. My clients gain new insight, clarity and confidence; they strengthen their communication and leadership skills and achieve better results while enjoying increased self-awareness – as individuals and as a team/organisation.
