I am a biotechnology professional with 15+ years of experience bridging academia and industry, passionate about protein science, structural biology, and solving complex problems in drug discovery. My expertise lies in the production, purification, and structure determination of challenging protein systems — with a focus on membrane proteins and multiprotein complexes — to enable structure-based drug discovery (SBDD). I’ve successfully built gene-to-structure platforms from the ground up and worked extensively with nanobodies as both structural tools and therapeutic candidates. I thrive on pushing boundaries, especially when it comes to hard-to-drug targets. Currently, I serve as a Senior Scientist and Project Leader in a biotech setting, leading a cross-functional team on a high-impact GPCR program.
