About Andreas Chourdakis

During the last 18 years, i have obtained strong experience in IT and Telecommunications industry. I have experienced working in 3 different IT/Telecommunication companies, having handled a large scale of IT/Telecommunication projects so far. My working experience began in WIND HELLAS as a junior APPLICATION SUPPORT ENGINEER handling several tasks and issues and being involved in Administration, Configuration and Trouble Report Solving mainly on Billing, Rating and Provisioning Applications of the Company, securing servers uninterrupted functioning and solving Customer Support issues. After 2 years I moved to INTRACOM TELECOM where I started as a member of development team for ERICSSON MSC product, handling tasks in Ericsson mobile networks and application systems. As a next step i joined (3 years later) Maintenance Team of MAGAM technical area for ERICSSON MSC product. During the next 6 years I was responsible for troubleshooting, providing and verifying solutions for errors in the specific technical area. Next step was to join maintenance team of ERICSSON HLR product where I continued troubleshooting and verification for 1,5 years. Final step until current time is to work in ERICSSON HLR product from new position as member of Product Line Management (PLM) team. My responsibilities include handling of Virtualization on HLR Node, Customer Service Requests (CSRs), Trouble Reports (TRs) and troubleshooting, verifications and release of Correction Packages (IPAs). My latest chapter is currently written(During the last 2 years) on Netcompany Intrasoft, being Testing Team Leader involved in Leading Team on Testing activities of Customs Applications for Projects of the European Comission. I have shown great performance in all aspects adapting very quickly in every role I have been appointed, working solely, as a team member adapting AGILE methodologies. I am dealing with high escalated issues and providing solutions on short time frames on live traffic telecommunication systems. Proud and rewarded for delivering highest quality products for many years according to Ericsson KPIs. Familiar with Python, C++, Jenkins CI, Git following working on specific assignments and also after self-training on educational platforms(UDEMY).
