My expertise spans Managed Security Services, Security Operations, Governance, Risk & Compliance, security design & implementation, threat intelligence, and incident response. For a decade, I spearheaded Security Operations Center (SOC) and Managed Security Services (MSS) departments, cultivating a deep understanding of operational excellence and strategic security initiatives. In my current role as A Director of Managed Services, I lead the Security Operations line of services running departments in over 4 countries and empower clients with top-tier security managed services, ensuring their resilience against evolving threats. Beyond hands-on technical proficiency, I hold industry-leading certifications including CISSP, CISA, CEH, ISO27001 LA and Google Cybersecurity Professional, and am a qualified PCI-DSS QSA and Swift CSP auditor. I'm also passionate about contributing to the wider security community; I authored an internationally sold book on Cybersecurity technical fundamentals, designed to equip new engineers for success.
