Specialties: Leadership & Motivation, Real Estate, Corporate Finance, Project Finance, ESG linked Finance In my current role as Deputy Head of the International Real Estate Finance department, I am overlooking the entire real estate lending process consisting of project analysis, deal structuring, financial modelling, preparation of finance memoranda for internal approval processes, drafting and negotiations of loan documents (mostly based on English law and LMA standard) together with an internal and external legal teams, co-ordination of due diligence processes and ongoing project monitoring for large scale commercial real estate development projects as well as standing investments. Our clients include private equity funds, private and public real estate companies, institutional investors and high net worth individual from Europe, North America and Asia. In our team we are currently steering a total portfolio of approximately EUR 2.5bn commercial real estate loans and we have been financing all commercial asset classes starting with a min. financing volume of EUR 30mn. Before joining RBI, I was working within one of the leading global financial advisory firms, at Deloitte, for 4 years. In my role as a Senior Consultant – Corporate Finance I was responsible for national and international clients and my tasks included feasibility studies for investment and development projects, financial structuring & modelling of complex transactions, asset- and enterprise valuations, and transaction advisory services (buy, sell-side M&A). Additionally, I was nominated a member of the H1 Hotelfund acquisition team. A Luxembourg based investment vehicle set up jointly by CA Immo AG, UNIQA insurance group and Deloitte. Prior to working at Deloitte, I have finished my Master’s studies at the University of Applied Sciences for Management in Vienna. During that time, I spent also a semester abroad at the Hawai’i Pacific University in the United States. In addition, I completed a Master’s degree in Real Estate Management next to working for Raiffeisen Bank International AG in an evening studies programme.
