What drives me? I take people on a journey, both as a team and as a whole IT/business. Motivating individuals to realise the best aspects of themselves, and enabling them to deliver beyond their own expectations is immensely satisfying. Create a vision collaboratively with IT, the business, my team and leadership, walking the treacherous journey with no guarantee of success is akin to a movie where you have no idea if the "good person" is going to come out on top. Despite the treacherous journey, I have been successful on multiple occasions, and not in others, as is life.I have experience across IT leadership, cloud innovation and migration, business requirements, technical design, digital roadmap design and delivery, and the solution delivery background to lay out a strategy for success. Always remember, projects and digital implementations are made up of people. All the tools and procedures in the world will not help you if you cannot find and motivate the right people. Drive culture first, success shortly follows - especially when it comes to cloud adoption.With 15+ years in solution consulting, I've worked for many clients across various industries globally, defining and delivering successful digital strategies across Pharma, Aviation, CPG and Fleet Management. I have delivered the following technologies: Cloud Migrations, IoT, Predictive Analytics, BI, Mobility, Workflow, Integrations (Batch, REST, WS), application design and many more.
