My background includes sales, PM, supply chain, manufacturing, production control and Lean Experience (TPS) in successfully building supply chain organizations from the ground up and developing teams that align end-to-end value streams with performance and proven track record of success leading global supply chain, sales, manufacturing organizations, processes, and transformations that drive a culture of change, generate significant cost savings and process enhancements, and align enterprise goals with the strategic direction of the business. Equally strong in transforming enterprise organizations with the use of lean techniques, I am able to drive a culture that embraces change and provides clear communication of objectives and strategies that have delivered year-over-year improvements in operating results and team performance.
