I’m a co-founder & strategic sales leader passionate about scaling startups with data-driven GTM strategies & fast market penetration. My expertise lies in building high-performance sales teams, driving enterprise sales, & leading market expansion. At Recuto, I built & executed our sales engine, generating 45+ meetings with enterprise clients monthly — demonstrating the power of data-driven outreach. I also led our market expansion strategy & helped define the GTM framework fueling our early-stage growth. Prior to Recuto, I developed a strong foundation at ADP, where I drove global HR transformations & built enterprise-level relationships with key clients on global scale. I worked directly with C-suite executives & HR leaders to advise on strategic HR operations & deliver impactful solutions in a complex, global environment. Now, at Recuto, I’m focused on scaling growth, leading sales teams, & overseeing product-market fit as we expand across Europe & beyond. I’m also actively involved in fundraising, leveraging my network to build investor relationships & accelerate our journey.
