Proudly leading the beautiful flagship "Falkensteiner Resort Punta Skala" as Resort General Manager. The resort consists of our five-star Hotel & Spa Iadera with 210 rooms, our five-star Family Hotel Diadora with 230 rooms and amazing kids facilities as well as our Senia Residences. Soon to come in 2026 are stunning new 88 luxury residences in our "Aurora" project. More to come in the years ahead! Previous positions included my role as Area Director of Operations where I was the strategic and tactical business partner to support Operations in Marriott International’s portfolio of hotels in the United Arab Emirates, Lebanon and Oman including oversight of Restaurants & Bars, Meetings+Events, Culinary, Guest Experience, Rooms, Spa and Retail. Extensive knowledge and proven track-record in operating high-volume hotels with a strong focus on Guest Satisfaction, Experience Design, Brand Management and a people-first approach. Skilled in Business Planning, Operations Management, Profit Maximization, Organizational Leadership, and Business Strategy. True expert with extensive experience in the Meetings, Events and Outside Catering business from the finest meetings to the largest outside caterings. Previously overseeing the Meetings+Events discipline for Marriott International in Europe, the Middle East and Africa as well as overseeing Operations for all of Marriott's operating and pre-opening hotels in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Egypt.
