Navigating the challenges of sustainability and environmental impact has never been more urgent or more complex. With rising environmental concerns and growing demand for truly circular solutions, the need to go beyond incremental improvements is clear. We must rethink materials at the root. At traceless materials, we are tackling plastic pollution at its source, developing natural-based, home-compostable materials that are neither plastic nor bioplastic. Our innovation challenges the status quo of conventional packaging and product design, offering a real alternative that performs without compromising the planet. My background in Energy and Environmental Engineering at Hamburg University of Technology and my research on sustainability metrics at the University of New South Wales laid the foundation for a career built on driving sustainable production. From automating LCA in the electronics industry at iPoint to now supporting material innovation with measurable environmental impact at traceless, I’ve always been driven by the belief that sustainability the core driver for long-term, planetary, and human wellbeing! Today, my focus is on quantifying and communicating the environmental performance of breakthrough materials, ensuring they live up to their promise and truly contribute to a regenerative future.
