I am a results-driven Petroleum Engineer and business leader with extensive global experience in well engineering, advanced completions, and strategic business development. My career spans technical leadership, P&L responsibility, and operational management across North America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, driving innovation and business growth in high-stakes environments. As Principal Global Advisor at Halliburton, I oversaw advanced completion projects for offshore assets in the Caspian, the Norwegian Continental Shelf, and the Middle East. I conducted risk assessments, stage-gate reviews, and facilitated technology developments. I also spearheaded market expansion initiatives into Geothermal and CCUS and developed a Remote-Field-Operations-Support strategy to mitigate personnel shortages. Previously, as Senior Area Manager in Sub-Saharan Africa, I managed a $60MM business unit across Ghana, Ivory Coast, Cameroon, and Mozambique, leading a multinational workforce and optimizing resource allocation. I improved HSE and service quality through continuous improvement initiatives and introduced digital workflows that boosted efficiency. My local talent development program enabled the first Ghanaian expatriates to secure roles in the Middle East. In earlier roles, including Global BD & Technology Manager and Strategic Business Manager, I shaped global completion technology strategies, drove technology roadmaps, and doubled revenue for Halliburton’s Multilateral-Technology product line by aligning innovations with industry needs. Currently, I serve as an independent expert advisor with AlphaSights, supporting private equity and venture capital clients on upstream oil & gas and geothermal investments. I provide strategic and technical evaluations — including market-fit analyses, feasibility studies, and risk assessments — helping investors navigate industry dynamics, operational challenges, and value creation opportunities.
