About Andreas Hemmeth

As Head of People and Project Director at the think tank Frej, I work to create the framework for a greener, more sustainable food sector and a strong community of young people who can shape tomorrow’s agendas. I am passionate about developing organizations from the inside out – through people, culture, and strategic projects – to deliver results today while building the foundation for tomorrow. My experience ranges from political communication to advising ministers, parties, elite athletes, and artists. This has equipped me with strong competencies in creating solutions within complex decision-making environments. As a music artist and producer, I have achieved significant international success and know what it takes to reach a global audience. I use this experience to create new opportunities and ensure that artists gain the tools and platforms they need to thrive in a changing world. My mission is to empower people and communities – whether artists or young green voices – and to ensure that creativity and initiative remain the driving force behind the changes we need.
