I have profound experience in the IT in design, development and operations, but also on the business side in sales/marketing, entrepreneurship and change/project management. A little about me… I love creating software and teams. Precisely, I love realising ideas by creating valuable software and teams/organisations that are functional and ready to execute! I have worked in several projects (from 10k to 3B€) at Fortune 500 companies in different management roles, but also started several own businesses. I love sharing my knowlegde on how to master the creation of value and performance organisations on several occasions and speeches in the startup ecosystem. I provide coachings on Agility, Digital Product Development and Innovation in addition to my role as interims CTO, Scrum Master or Product Owner to companies from StartUp to Fortune500.
