With a foundation built on years of hands-on experience as a Java/C developer and as a technical/functional consultant for transactional and Business Intelligence systems, I have honed a diverse range of functional and technical skills. My current role as a Digital Project and Product Manager centers around revolutionizing the construction industry through digitization. I am deeply committed to fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders within construction projects, streamlining and standardizing processes, and harnessing the power of business intelligence for informed decision-making. At RIEDERTECH, I am the Team Lead for the development of myBauOffice, where I also serve as the Product Manager and Project Manager. Leading a dedicated team of developers and support specialists, we are creating a fully integrated project and process management solution based on Microsoft365 technologies. With a track record of successfully spearheading projects and delivering tangible results, I take pride in my ability to transform complex challenges into innovative solutions.
