About Andreas Klein

I advise and represent clients on all aspects of intellectual property law (IP). I am especially experienced in the areas of competition, trademark and copyright law, where I primarily act as a legal representative for clients from the financial services, publishing and IT sectors as well as automotive and healthcare. Furthermore, I have has broad experience in distribution law, in particular with regard to license agreement and commercial agency law. In the area of IT law, I specifically advise on the implementation of software development projects. Another focus of my practice is press and media law. I constantly represent clients in disputes for achieving or repelling the forbearance of statements, counter-statements and revocations as well as the payment of damages.
