Sometimes things turn out differently than you think. A few years ago, I got a call from a customer who needed a valve or something similar. As it turned out after some time, the customer owns silos and needs a butterfly valve. At the keyword silos I became wide awake, I like to sell silos very much. But if you have silos, you also need a silo plate and selling silos is my passion. Unfortunately, these were only old buffer silos for agriculture, so there was no need for silo plates. About 2 years later I got another call from the customer who remembered that we also build silo plates. As it turned out, he wanted to offer silo transport as a service and of course he was right with me. At a meeting we discussed the different concepts and possibilities. Today he is one of the best customers for silo placing and also buys silos from us. I would not have thought that this would be possible after our first call.
