I’m an open-minded IT executive who knows how to bring people together to innovate, transform, and digitalise. With experience spanning operational, tactical, and strategic key areas of the IT industry, I’ve spent nearly 15 years leading on-site and remote teams, managing six-figure budgets, and driving meaningful change. What I’m Working On: My current focus is on advancing IT service management, refining business analysis, and creating AI tools that simplify workflows and empower teams to work smarter. How I Lead: I believe great leadership is about creating an inclusive, collaborative, and flexible environment where diverse perspectives thrive, and continuous learning helps teams succeed. Designing with Users in Mind: User-centric design and cross-functional teamwork are at the heart of how I create tailored solutions that make a tangible difference for stakeholders. Alongside my current role as Head of IT Service & Solution Design at WU Vienna University of Economics and Business, I’m also a managing partner of Avenir Now, a consultancy that helps organisations navigate digital transformation and IT management. We take a holistic approach, tackling everything from digital strategy and process automation to IT service management and change management. Working in both academic and corporate settings gives me a unique perspective on leadership, innovation, and transformation. My hands-on expertise is backed by a Master’s degree in International Business Administration and certifications in IT Service Management (Certified ITIL® 4 Master), Requirements Engineering (IREB® CPRE), Project Management based on PRINCE2, Business Analysis, and Agile Methodologies (Certified Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner).
