My core competences are the ability to facilitate change and to innovate. This is the central theme in my career (fist IT, then business related). My in-depth knowledge and ability to drive new topics was used by the executive board several times for leading M&A deals and to tackle crisis projects. The combination of analytical skills, understanding of business processes, data models and IT systems and last but not least my executive Master degree in Business Engineering and Change from the HSG enabled me to focus in the last years on organisational development at corporate level. I was able to be on a par with international top management in reorganisation, transformation and integration projects. After over 5 years of international activities I am now back to Switzerland and fully focus on business consulting and transformation towards the future way of working, still ready to work internationally.
