About Andreas Langer

Assisting IT companies e.g. like Axians and SAP as well as their business managers and reselling partners in achieving their goals and in implementing new approaches are at the core of what I am doing. I facilitate strategy, innovation, and sales enablement workshops (design thinking) helping to identify the root causes of their challenges. I help them to develop innovative process models to master the change and support their implementation. Supporting Sales and Business Development Managers to tap the full potential of their staff members and accompanying them through change is my passion. I am facilitating sales methodology training and interactive workshops in order to make the people start thinking about required change and I provide coaching to deal with their challenges. In this way, their sales force can prepare themselves for change in markets and buying behavior. Providing advice to sales, education/enablement, and HR managers who want to create sustainable training programs, which are adapted to the individual needs of the people involved is my expertise. Together we are designing “blended learning offerings”, which allow maximum flexibility and individualization and can make a difference. I am an empathetic business coach and consultant, a committed advocate of my customers, a creative and innovative problem solver, and an enthusiastic facilitator and trainer. I am mentoring immigrants in a program of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce helping them to find jobs, which are adequate to their education levels. Lecturing part-time at the Management Center Innsbruck (MCI) within the faculty of Management, Communication & IT, I provide students with first insights on “Sales” in B2B environments.
