About Andreas Larsson

A highly organized senior advisor and portfolio leader in government agencies. Have had numerous other positions, including as a project leader and different management positions within EU-funding (head of financial control 2008-2013, head of unit at regional level in Skåne-Blekinge 2013-2016 and head of the Programme Unit at the Head Office 2016-2019). The financial control position included leading from a distance as I was in charge of staff at up to offices in three different cities. I have assessed applications, done financial control, data analysis and progress reports. As a senior staff member I have been involved with all kinds of audits and reviews on social fund financing, from the national audit bodies like the Swedish National Audit Office (Riksrevisionen) and The Swedish National Financial Management Authority (Ekonomistyrningsverket) to audits from the European Commission and the European Court of Auditors (ECA) as well as state aid rules and other important regulations, f ex procurement. Being a project leader for a digitalization project I worked with all aspects of IT, from interpreting and documenting demands to quality checks, system tests to training, writing manuals and communication plans. As a teamplayer, I work hard for the targets set up and push my colleagues to do the same. One of my key strengths is multitasking and being able to holding on to the bigger picture even when the discussions and problems are on a very detailed level.
