About Andreas Lerch

I have spent most of my life working in economics and am passionate about applying economic analysis to projects and policy decisions. My work for the Scottish Government and U.S. Embassy gave me ample opportunity to apply my knowledge and bring about positive change by better informing the decision-making process. During my time in the private sector I also developed a love for numbers and analytics, which I consider to be one of my main strengths. In addition, working in both consulting and public diplomacy helped amplify my people skills, which I believe to be essential in every sector of work and many facets of life. In my current line of work I cover a wide range of economic issues, including macroeconomic analysis, trade and investment and energy. I have spent years building up a network in these areas and acting as ay interlocutor between U.S. and Austrian government officials while promoting transatlantic diplomacy.
