About Andreas Lindackers

With over 25 years of experience in clinical research within the CRO industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my current role. My background as a Biologist and Paramedic laid the foundation for my career, which began in Scientific Marketing management. Over the years, I have gained extensive project management experience across a variety of clinical and non-clinical projects, serving as Global Project Manager, Project Director, and Senior Oversight for multi-national phase and observational studies. These projects spanned up to 40 countries, 1400 sites, and involved patients. I am bringing several years of line management experience, with a focus on positively influencing and supporting the development of my team members. Furthermore, I am leading and moderating public training workshops on various aspects of clinical project management and study planning, including non-interventional and multinational clinical studies as well as post approval safety studies (PASS). In my role within the Real World Evidence Solutions (RWES) department, I have managed project managers and associate directors, providing oversight for RWES study projects. As Director of Clinical Project Management, I directed and managed teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion of clinical study management and project deliverables. I also ensured that employees were adequately trained and that their development aligned with the needs of the Real World Evidence Solutions Project Management group. Currently, as an Evidence Strategy Lead (ESL) at the Senior Principal/Senior Director level, I work closely with clients to foster strong relationships and provide expert support in developing integrated evidence plans. I serve as a subject matter expert in evidence generation strategy and study strategy development, lead proposal and budget development, and collaborate intensively with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and present tailored strategies and cost-effective solutions to meet customer needs and requirements.
