Acts as a visionary for the product portfolio of Juniper and engages senior leaders of the customer and internally in discussions about the future, advising about strategic issues and future networking architectures. Collaborates on feasibility studies and potential projects, gather market intelligence and customer feedback to the technical strategy, solution and product capabilities, in order to guide our product direction and solutions to align with the customer’s business/network priorities. Working closely with the account leader to set and execute on business planning and account strategy.
