About Andreas Michael

As a graduate in Information Systems from Bina Nusantara University, I have gained professional experience in the field of IT Quality Assurance since 2020. Throughout my career, I have been involved in testing mobile and web applications for various companies such as PT. Mitsui Leasing Capital Indonesia and PT. Bank Central Asia. I am well-versed in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), both manual and automated, as well as performing API testing using Postman. My strengths lie in effective communication, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong attention to detail to ensure the quality of digital products. I have worked on several key testing projects for applications such as BCA Mobile, Sakuku, and SNAP API features. In these projects, I contributed to transaction verification, UAT result documentation, bug tracking, and coordination with business teams and end users. I was also responsible for creating test plans, test scenarios, and user manuals to support smooth product delivery. I have a strong interest in continuously growing within the Quality Assurance field, especially in automated testing and API testing. In the future, I aspire to become a highly skilled QA Engineer with expertise in automation tools and supporting professional certifications. I believe that technology and quality are a powerful combination to create impactful digital solutions.
